The latest medical bulletin about the King’s condition is the same. Coma. This can’t last forever. How long can someone linger in a coma? Perhaps the Chief Navigator is right? There is a constitutional crisis. Or at least a potential constitutional crisis. The coma is holding up all governmental action outside of routine bureaucratic shuffling of papers. Are actual papers still being shuffled? Didn’t The Bankruptcy Court just change to computer docketing? Weren’t they the last holdouts still using actual paper? Isn’t the whole government e-paper now?
